Specially made for luxurious hearts, this elegant flat by Stephen Fletcher has taken lavishness to a whole new level house design. Located in Hampstead, London, originally this spacious flat used to be a ground floor and basement for a gothic-styled grand house built for an artist way back in 1870.
Here’s where Stephen Fletcher stepped in and planned the transformation house design to add up some entertainment space without removing any existing features. Applying a vintage contemporary theme, he arranged the interior to imply its original state with some touch of freshness house design.

Home Palace : La Belle Vie Estate
Want to live like a king make home like palace, then what about the La Belle Vie residence on St. Cloud Road in Los Angeles. Majestic in every sense of the word, the palace design house is luxuriously spread over 35000 sq feet, has 9 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms (great ratio, eh?).
Elegant is an understatement when you describe the interiors – it has flawless marble floors, crystal studded chandeliers, marvelous huge curtains and drapes all across, long winding staircases and a huge pool along. Owned by Iris Cantor, the house is on the market for $53 million at the moment, which makes it suited only for the rich and famous. A dream palace?
